Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), Self Care and Wellbeing: A Practical Guide for Health and Social Care

This FREE 3-week course for health and social care workers, and those in training, is a collaboration between Critical Care, Chaplaincy, and Nursing at the University of Edinburgh, in partnership with the Royal College of Physicians. It's a follow-up to the hugely popular 2020 course COVID-19 Critical Care: Understanding and Application, and recognises the level of demand for practical self care and wellbeing training in current health and social care contexts across the globe.

The course is specifically designed to support those who are in, training for, or educating caring professions. Short, focused, and designed to be repeatable, it offers a repertoire of mindfulness and self-compassion self care skills, tailored for application both daily, and during and after acute stress.

Enrolment for the course is now open. It launched January 31st, and can be taken, and repeated, at any time.
